Rethinking the experience of law from the bottom up | The PULS

We are halfway through our fieldwork for the PULS. This means fieldworkers have spoken to around 3,000 respondents across Victoria to explore how they see, understand, and engage with the law.

In a new video series, we’ll be breaking down parts of the PULS to give a little background on the purpose and value of the project.

In this first update, our Research Director Nigel Balmer explains the importance of understanding legal needs from a bottom up rather than a top down perspective.
