Human Resources Advisor

Position Details

This is a new role prompted by growth in the organisation. The HR Advisor will report to the Business and Finance Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced generalist to take ownership of human resources in a highly functional organisation engaged in meaningful work.

You are responsible for a full range of HR tasks, from providing high level advice and support to management, to updating HR records.

You will work closely with the management team to implement HR initiatives and programs, while promoting and championing a positive workplace.

 This role is part time at 0.6FTE (3 days), with flexibility on the days/hours.

Our internship program

Get experience working for a not-for-profit legal organisation, grow your networks and get behind-the-scenes exposure to a range of alternative legal careers with our internship program.

Our interns get exposure to all areas of the Foundation's work -- research, education, grants and communications -- and have the opportunity to visit some of Victoria's most prestigious legal institutions and meet the people who work in them.
